ICO Group of Companies is a real estate development, investment, and management company headquartered in Downtown, Los Angeles. Their portfolio contains over 3,000,000 square feet of residential, office, retail, and industrial properties owned and managed throughout California and the southwest.
About The Project
When it came time to modernize their branding, ICO reached out to me for help. After getting an understanding about what the like and dislike about their logo, I set to work on improving upon it. Ultimately it came down to that they loved their current logo but wanted to modernize it with cleaner modern lines and fonts.
